General Meeting

Formal convening Notice and details for the General Meeting can be found in the e-mail sent with invitation
The General Meeting will be followed by a dinner at Cercle Munster, please chose:
Appetizer
• Sardine millésimée, poivrons à l’huile, tartine croustillante, tapenade de roquette et brocciu de brebis, or
• Pastrami de boeuf fumé, crème légère au raifort et Philadelphia, herbes et airelles séchées
Main Course
• Magret de canard, gastrique à la cerise, asperges vertes et boulghour gourmand, or
• Filet de daurade sébaste, tian provençal de légumes, basilic pistou et souplesse de citron
Dessert
• Sablé aux fruits rouges de saison, pâte à tartiner pistache, sorbet framboise, or
• Pure moelleux à la griotte et cardamome, croquant lacté, givré praline

Note that we have to pay for no-shows that are not cancelled before this deadline, so if you have signed up and not cancelled before, you must pay.
If you have paid and cancelled before the deadline, you will be fully refunded.
It is not required to participate in the dinner to participate in the general meeting, or vice versa
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY REGISTERED FULL MEMBERS CAN VOTE IN THE GENERAL MEETING
If you have not already done so, please kindly complete our club registration form and return it to members@harvardclub.lu. You can find the registration form here: PDF or Word.
Although you are not required to fill in the form to be a member of the club, registration is required in order to be able to vote in the general meetings. It will also enable us to keep the club membership records up-to-date.
Associate members are welcome to join the meeting and/or following dinner.
